Sounds like you will date girls with moles or freckles on her arms. It's okay but you may make the girl nervous if she notices your stare. Look at them then find something else to focus on while talking to her like the spot between her eyes. Do take your eyes off of her for while to give her a chance to relax and blink without you noticing. Look away at something else that may capture your attention, like a moving car. Just don't stare at her freckles or mole, she maybe self conscious of them.
