IS shoulder hair SEXY ? VEET for shoulder hair?

I know it's not. It look like crap and i don't want to take off my shirt in public. I can't shave it because my skin will break out. I don't have much money. Will Veek worl on my shoulders and back without irritating my skin?

Get a wax. If you can't afford going to a salon for a wax you can do it yourself. Veet sells cold wax strips, they're cheap. They say its for your legs, but I doubt using them on your shoulders would hurt. Waxing hurt, and your skin will get red and irritated, but not because the wax itself is irritating the skin, but because it's what happens when you rip your hair off. After the wax you shower, so any ingredient in the wax that could irritate your skin is washed off. It's worth the pain though, You'll feel better in a couple of hours.
