What should i wear to a graduation outside?

I'm 15, female, and going to a friends siblings party/
What should i wear to a graduation outside?
Nice clothes but nothing too fancy, like what you would where to church (that is if you go) at the graduation and causal at the party and it might be best if you ask what other people who are going i.e. your friend are wearing.
