Losing weight in certain areas...?
what are godd ways to lose weight in the tummy, butt, and thighs/legs? please, no exercise equipment or gym.

You can't spot-lose-weight; you lose weight all over. I would suggest jump roping, yes, it's exercise equipment, but it's amazing. Hula hooping can help trim your waist, and walking up stairs and going for walks/jogs is great. Good luck!

your body uses fat from different parts of your body as your do sports/workout whatever in general and no amount of crunches will ever, by themselves, give you a six pack.
what can happen however is you can do an all around workout or sport and lose fat from all over. while gaining muscle and getting toner, something like that would include.
plenty of cardio
resistance training such as
push ups, squats(these are legs, and butt), bicycle crunches(abs) among other things.
but your best bet would just find some freinds to play something with, or go for a swim a couple times a week or something. of course eating correctly is a must too, you cant get anywere with a bad diet beleive me

If you want to lose weight, you have to get a proper diet (not go on a diet, but change the way you eat and think about food), and you have to get steady and regular cardiovascular exercise as well as a steady dose of muscle building/maintaining exercises.

Reply:People only put down others because they have low self esteem and it makes them feel better. It's pretty sad when people are so low on the emotional scale that they have to hurt others to bring themselves higher on the scale. Sometimes the best thing you can do with a person like that is compliment them, like "You have the most beautiful hair" or "You have such a great sense of humor". I know it is probably the last thing you want to do, but she might realize how much it meant to her to be complimented, and she might in turn start complimenting other people (and you) and change her ways. Low self esteem can ruin lives and the only way to turn it around is through understanding and love. I have used this on a couple of friends of mine who have low self esteem and it really does work. Are acrylic nails worth it?
I want to get the kind you can buy at let's say Sally's... but are they worth it? Will they end up ruining my nails?

They're very hard on the natural nails. My natural nails are already weak and don't grow too long so I do mind getting the acrylic. I've been getting them for 6 years now. Good Luck!

No they are not worth it. They do not even last to long. If u really want to get ur nails done the right way go so a shop and get a full set they look better and last much longer.

Stretch marks and swimming suit?
I have a bunch of stretch marks all over my butt and when I wear my swimming suit you can see a lot of them because my stupid swim suit won't cover all of it. It looks kinda strange if I keep pulling it down. What is a brand, or some swimsuits that will cover my whole butt (i prefer one pieces) and in the junior or teen sections?

Seriously, just search for some cute boyshorts, or even a bathing suit bottom with a bit of a frilly skirt. They're both adorable and can make any butt look fantastic.
For you, I recommend a tankini. It's a two piece that looks almost like a one piece, as the top comes down low so that it just brushes against the top of the bottoms. Then, just buy boyshort bottoms and you're all covered...literally!

use cocoa butter lotion, it helps reduce the apperance of stretch marks.
Reply:instead of getting a new swimsuit use a gradual tanning lotion on your butt... it will tan your skin slightly and make the stretch marks less noticable
jergens natural glow gradual tanner works amazingly well and doesnt streak what so ever!
