The best permanent hair removal that doesn't hurt?

I recently tried wax (what a mess)

shaving is just to time consuming (and I'm tired of it)

If you have had success with a certain type please respond.

I've found many items online that look like rip offs.

This is quite expensive but try "No no" at selfridges, it removes unwanted hairs then after a while stops them growing completely.

Electrolysis. It's permanent hair destruction that is done at the roots. It's the passage of an electric current through an electrolyte with subsequent migration of positively and negatively charged ions to the negative and positive electrodes. (It's deletes the hair follicle completely)
Reply:just rip your hair out with your hands!
Reply:Electrolysis. But yes, it does hurt!!!

Lets see here: A very short and thin metal probe is inserted alongside the hair shaft and down into the root of the hair. A short electrical impulse is then applied to the probe (Yeah, that part hurts). Then, the probe is removed and the just 'zapped' hair is removed with tweezers (this also hurts - a double whammy...). This process is repeated again, and again, and again for the duration of your appointment. It most definitely hurts. No, it's not a severe pain that one must endure, but more like a long, and very slow torture. However, electrolysis is the only proven form of permanent hair removal though multiple treatments are required. It is also the most expensive form of permanent hair removal. Some people will tell you that laser hair removal is permanent, but that is not guaranteed, and it has not been proven to be permanent. It tends to turn the hairs a whitish color, and many still remain after the treatments are completed - at least for most people anyway. Many combine electrolysis treatments with laser treatments because elecrrolysis will permanently remove the whitish hairs that laser leaves behind. This seems to be the fastest method as opposed to having electrolysis by itself. Laser will remove the bulk of the hair, then electrolysis will take the remainder off the area being treated.

To answer your question, yes, I have found electrolysis to be effective - but it is painful, no doubt about that. Don't trust these little gadgets that you find in drugstores and see on TV. They are a total waste of money, and none of them work for permanent hair removal. Your choices are pretty limited, really. Good luck...
Reply:Try Lasers. This is how it works:
