I think it's good that men take care of themselves and try to look good and get their nails and feet done. It's nothing wrong with trying to look good as a man and showing off a little feminine and stylish side.

Its a hell of a lot better than seeing a guy with dirt all under his nails and a unibrow, thats for sure.
Reply:I think its ok. My mom's bf is metro. And I love him 2 death. Style is good. Just dont talk like ur gay.
Reply:There's also nothing wrong with wearing a comfortable pair of jeans, a decent shirt, and good shoes, even if they're not the most recent from the Abercrombie shelves. Where I come from, men take pride in many things, but fashion and style are not usually in the matrix.





I'm not suggesting that there's anything wrong with either approach, only attempting to acknowledge the diversity of opinion.
Reply:guys really get the crappy end of the deal, and have less choices in fashion than girls, who can wear pretty much anything. plus, chicks totally dig it. however, so do guys, so don't be shocked. chicks may also see you differently once they find out you are, in fact, straight, so it's not a good thing for the long-term. Getting nails and feet done is a good thing, cuz no one (well, some people do..) is into ugly. just don't go overboard.
Reply:There is nothing wrong with taking care of ones self. Good hygiene is always important. However, you have to draw a line somewhere. A guy should never attract more attention than the girl he is with. It is not a contest!





Your attention should be focused on your women, not "do these jeans make me look fat."
Reply:My bf is one. He thinks its gross when he sees men who dont care what they look like. Coz, lets face it, looks do matter in the world. The better you look, the nicer ppl will treat you and they actually pay attn to what you say, etc. I do my bfs hair, tweeze his eyebrows, and his nails. He loves being pampered and looking good but I think it's a little bit homo when he's way into fashion and carrying purses or mirrors.
