How do I I make myself appear older. 16 needs to look 17/18.?

My boyfriend and I are going to the Galleria later today to go shopping. As you know they have a policy stating that teens 16 and younger need a parent to accompany them on Fridays and Saturdays. My boyfriend is 17 so he's fine but I'm 16 and I'm afraid they won't let me in. I really would rather not sneak in either. I'm not going there to goof off or get into fights [why the policy was created] I just want to walk around and shop. Is there any tips that will make me appear as if I were 17/18 years old. Makeup, clothing, behavior?

You'd pass for 17, there's no difference between the appearance (style wise) of a 16/17 or 18 year old, trust me there isn't. When you get older you'll know what I mean lol.

well you already look old enough just say you are and act mature if they ask for ID then ur ****** but if they dont you cud pass for it

Don't do anything. They'll figure you're the right age. I've been on Fridays and Saturdays; they only say something if you're goofing off.

And the police don't really enforce it that much, only on Friday and Saturday nights.


They just ask you how old you are.
Reply:Well you obviously don't want to break the rules by sneaking in...so just don't go...Or if you know you aren't up to any good..jut have your folks escort you in and then wait for you! Don't make yourself look older...Enjoy it while you can cause you won't ever be able to make yourself look as young/good as you do now...
Reply:Just wear more mature clothes, you'll get through. Go abit more natural on the make up too, but don't cut it completely as you'll look younger =)
Reply:ur rele pretty btw lol and what you should do is wear mature clothes like me! lol try wearing a formal pair of black/white trousers, a shirt and a blazer something smart I always wear clothes like that and people are always saying how I look older than my age trust me IT WILL WORK just basically wear smart work clothes
Reply:i live in houston too and i've never heard of that policy.I'm 16 and sometimes i go with my boyfriend during the weekend and nobady has never said anything to us.It is a shopping mall not a club ,they are not going to ask for your ID.
