ive always been a really girly girl every since i can remember- pink, handbags, lip gloss etc, ALL my mom's fault! lol





i am 17 now and i want to try more revealing and daring outfits. problem is i am gettin the most DIRTIEST looks from all the girls. whisper and look down and even laugh at me. you see, i am soooo into baby phat at the moment and have already got loads of there clothes, yeah my daddy is rich so what??? lol

Reply:Don't stop and think about what other people think about you. Some maybe think you're spoiled or your a slut, others might just be jealous or whatever.


You can always go up to those girls, too, and ask them what their problem is.

Reply:No offense, but I would not call this feminine or girly in any way! Girly is nice floral dresses, pumps or sandals, or maybe a plain top and a nice floaty skirt- i.e. understated and natural!

No offense or anything, but your life really shouldn't revolve around how many boys you can attract or whether your 2-hour makeup routine pulled off. My aunt forced me to go get a pedicure with her last week. Of course, I was nonverbally ridiculed by the three biggest sluts of my school. Just because someone wears Wal-Mart clothes, it doesn't make them a bad person. Besides, sluts have no personality. Reply:I think if you have confidence people will automatically hate. Dont confuse being rude with confidence though..if you're bragging or whatever I can understand the hate. Bragging/showing off on purpose is not a good look, hun. So if you're trying to be flashy that is far from being feminine and cute. Thats trife. Also, if you're looking at people in a way that would make it seem like you think you're better than them without those girls saying anything to you first, I could see why they'd hate too.





I know what you mean though. I think its just sometimes us women can be soo insecure sometimes and the only way to hide behind that is get mad at another girl for dressing up or being pretty or whatever it is that they dont have. Keep your head up and keep doing your thing..dont care about those girls because they're not in your life. You dont have to deal with them all the time. As long as what you wear make you feel good then fine. Those girls may not think that you need to dress up all the time but whats the norm for you is not the norm for everyone. theres nothing wrong with being girly.
