I need a new look, anyone want to help me out here?

I don't want to change my wardrobe, I wear a lot of tank tops and jeans/shorts in the summer. I also wear quite a few dresses/skirts. I just want to style my hair differently and want a few new funky ways to do my makeup. (with examples/pictures please) I do not want to cut my hair at all, it's at the perfect length for me and what I like.

number 1 i think you need to do something about the hair. i don't like that look on you. for you the stick straight hair would look nice and loose the bangs. you should wear like all jucy cotoure and rock and repbubic and stuff
Reply:Dye your hair the lighter color ditch the dark eyeliner do a simple mac gold eyeshadow light natural makeup and you would look really pretty in green

Hvae you tried different colours of liquid eyeliner? I think that is really in for the summer. With big long eyelashes, lovely!

Maybe you could try and give your hair a bit more volume? Some loose waves?

Reply:my hair is kind of the same, just darker with layers. I put it in rag curlers before I go to bed every night so it's curly the next morning. it beats having to use blow dryers and curling irons (less damage) and it doesn't take long at all.





I shower when I feel like it so if I decide to take one in the morning instead of night I spritz the curlers with hairspray, then blow dry for a little while. works just as well.

- if the curls aren't curlier enough, or there's an odd one out of the bunch... just touch up with the iron. I only use it as a last resort kind of thing though.

Reply:Well you kinda lucky you got one of them 'fashionable' kinda looks so I think you should be a bit daring. Cut the fringe straight across BLUNT. Lose some of the length...... not a bob but just above shoulder length and I think you should forget about layers (unless you got them already) your hair looks like it could do with thickening up a bit. And keep it dark.... even go darker if you want... I think you will look like a model then!

I have had this cut for a couple of years now and its very easy to maintain. I straighten or have slightly wavy work and the very wavy messed up volumous style for evening. My hair is dark brown but I think this style would suit all hair colours and it looks good up or down. Just make sure you use mousse, especially for getting the volume in the wavy style. ;-) Good luck.

I think that your hair is great but I would cut a couple of inches off and get it a bit "undercut" to give it more volume. The only thing I don't like about your makeup is that it is too harsh with the black liner all around your eyes. Lighten it up or don't have such a severe line. Your face is very pale which is fine but I would put on some lipstick. Nothing too severe but some color to balance out your eyes.
