I got pink and white done for prom, and its been about a month since now, and i got them off last night. now, my nails are extremely thin and flakey, sooo much of them were sanded off and came off when i was getting the fake nails off. What can i do to strengthen them?

See if you can find this stuff called Nutra Nail (alot of the salons sell it). My nail tech told me to use it for 6 months. I had fake nails for 6 years and mine were paper thin too. This stuff works great. Be patient, they'll be back to normal soon.
