wear shirts dat are loose on your stomact okay ans shirts that are kinda long
Im i3 and im kinda on the heavy side what should i do to help me in any way.?
When you get older you will gradually lose some baby fat, and getting taller will balance you out more. But you can also try to eat more healthy, and of course, excersize.


Do you like salads? Eat them more often and ban yourself from McDonald's and other fast food places, unless you are getting a salad or grilled wrap.
Reply:Get a strength training routine. People say diet diet diet. That doesn't mean ****. You have to first have the energy to make muscles. Once you feel in shape musclewise, just keep the regular exercise routine going. The excersize will give you more energy in the long run for when you diet, and muscles eat up energy (i.e. fat) I had a 300lb friend who everyone told him hes problem was genetic, I got him out there running and lifting weights, 2 years later he is 170. Oh and get off the DAMN computer!!! JK! Thought of it after i posted this so i had to add it :-p

Reply:well, eat right to begin with. cut out sweets and sugar etc., trust me, just take it for three days and you wont crave it. things that you should eat are protein, greens, berries, oatmeal, (anyhting with fiber is a good idea), and just exercise.


run, walk, yoga (i like yoga, and its actually a lot of fun)





im 15, and im trying to lose like 20 pounds before school starts especially since im switching schools.





but yeah, bootcut jeans balance proportions.

Reply:how heavy are you? cause you know what helps you lose weight, when you get hungrey eat a peices of ice, it helps satisfy cravings and flush fat, also i know this sounds weird but take up cheerleading, its giving me hard core abs. also only eat when ur hungrey and wear empire waist shirts and flowing dresses that float away from the body.
