what are godd ways to lose weight in the tummy, butt, and thighs/legs? please, no exercise equipment or gym.

You can't spot-lose-weight; you lose weight all over. I would suggest jump roping, yes, it's exercise equipment, but it's amazing. Hula hooping can help trim your waist, and walking up stairs and going for walks/jogs is great. Good luck!

walking for about an hour a day around your neighborhood or park can do wonders!

Reply:Im sorry to inform you but theres no such thing as "spot reducing fat'


your body uses fat from different parts of your body as your do sports/workout whatever in general and no amount of crunches will ever, by themselves, give you a six pack.





what can happen however is you can do an all around workout or sport and lose fat from all over. while gaining muscle and getting toner, something like that would include.





plenty of cardio


resistance training such as


push ups, squats(these are legs, and butt), bicycle crunches(abs) among other things.





but your best bet would just find some freinds to play something with, or go for a swim a couple times a week or something. of course eating correctly is a must too, you cant get anywere with a bad diet beleive me
Reply:Liposuction. Surgery is the only way to spot-reduce like you want, especially without any exercise. However, if you get it and don't change your exercise or eating habits, it will come back on very quickly.





If you want to lose weight, you have to get a proper diet (not go on a diet, but change the way you eat and think about food), and you have to get steady and regular cardiovascular exercise as well as a steady dose of muscle building/maintaining exercises.
