Reply:I don't know about 5 days, but a daily packet of Knox gelatin mixed in juice or water really strenthens your nails and helps them grow. This isn't Jello (with sugar); it's the pure gelatin. If you have to have long nails in time for the dance, you'll probably have to apply fake nails or have them done in a salon.
