not the nail and now they get bloody and my nails do not look attractive in rings.i have tried nast tasting stuff and putting stuff in my hands do not work cause i just stop what i am doin to bite them and my dad yells at me when i do.

Put earwax on your cuticles. Ew, i know it's nasty.. Which is the point. And if that don't help then try and catch yourself in the act and just stop. Worked for me.
